30-Day Money Back Guarantee (Extended Return Period)

At TECHGEAR, we go beyond the legal minimum of 14 days and offer a 30-day return window for all retail customers.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 calendar days of receiving them for a full refund, provided the return meets the conditions outlined below.


📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:

  • Items must be in their original, unused, undamaged, complete, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and inserts.

  • Please include your order number and a brief reason for return in clearly legible form inside the package to ensure we can identify your return and process it as quickly as possible (usually within 1-3 working days of receipt).

  • For screen protectors, all protective films/seals must remain fully intact. Returns will not be accepted if these have been lifted, removed, or tampered with.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If returning an item due to change of mind, incorrect purchase, or other non-fault reasons:
    Return shipping is at your own expense.

  • If the item is faulty, materially not as described, or incorrectly sent by us:
    → We will cover the return postage costs in the form of Standard 2nd Class/RM48 postage.
    → We may request photographic evidence before approving return postage.


🎁 Special Return Conditions

  • Promotional Gift Items
    Any free promotional gift items included with your order are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and not covered by any warranty.

  • Bundle Purchases
    If you received a bundle discount or purchased a product as part of a bundle:

    • You must return all items in the bundle to receive a full refund.

    • If only some items are returned, the refunded amount will be adjusted to reflect the full price of the items you kept (i.e. bundled discounts will no longer apply).


🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email customerservices@techgear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Await confirmation and return instructions from our support team.

  3. Package the item(s) securely and include your order number and reason for return.

  4. Once received and inspected/tested, your refund will normally be processed within 1-3 working days.


💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • If only part of your order is returned, only the returned item’s value will be refunded (after any bundle price adjustments, if applicable).


🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Unless Faulty)

  • Items returned used, incomplete, or damaged.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Items outside the 30-day return window (unless previously approved).

  • Screen protectors with removed protective film or broken seals.

  • Promotional gift items (free add-ons).

  • Partial bundle returns where the retained item causes a price imbalance.
