At TECHGEAR, we go beyond the legal minimum of 14 days and offer a 30-day return window for all retail customers.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 calendar days of receiving them for a full refund, provided the return meets the conditions outlined below.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:

Items must be in their original, unused, undamaged, complete, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and inserts.

Please include your order number and a brief reason for return in clearly legible form inside the package to ensure we can identify your return and process it as quickly as possible (usually within 1-3 working days of receipt).

For screen protectors, all protective films/seals must remain fully intact. Returns will not be accepted if these have been lifted, removed, or tampered with.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs

If returning an item due to change of mind, incorrect purchase, or other non-fault reasons:
→ Return shipping is at your own expense. -
If the item is faulty, materially not as described, or incorrectly sent by us:
→ We will cover the return postage costs in the form of Standard 2nd Class/RM48 postage.
→ We may request photographic evidence before approving return postage.

Bundle Purchases
If you received a bundle discount or purchased a product as part of a bundle:-
You must return all items in the bundle to receive a full refund.

Once received and inspected/tested, your refund will normally be processed within 1-3 working days.

If only part of your order is returned, only the returned item’s value will be refunded (after any bundle price adjustments, if applicable).
